All Vehicles up to 5 years old may only need the singular protection of the Rust Check system and for vehicles under 3 years of age they may be eligable for a Lifetime Warranty once Rust Check has been applied. Rust Check starts at $299 - $349 for most vehicle applications. Rust Check is your used vehicles best protection against rust as Rust Check remains fluid and very mobile and can fill in pores and other voids found in deposits of rust or other corrosion. Rust Check also provides excellent penetration into rusted crevices including deep penetration by capillary action. The active additives in Rust Check work on a microscopic scale to displace water from metal surfaces and then keep the water from re-contacting the metal. In some cases however Rust can be advanced even in vehicles 3 years or older and depending on the vehicles overall condition additional steps may need to be taken in order to slow down or stop the rust in in tracts. That is why we have added several different MPC Rust Conversion programs to help owners keep their vehicles around longer. Click Here to (Learn more about Rust Check)

MPC PRESSURE WASH AND RUST CHECK

MPC PRESSURE WASH – Is a 4 stage High Pressure Wash using specialized soaps and cleaners designed to remove the corrosive contaminants stuck to the inside of your vehicles panels and underbody.  Thus taking away the chemicals causing the corrosion process and removing the loose rust and corrosion before applying the Rust Check Protective Barrier.

RUST CHECK – Is a Oil-Based Rustproofing and is the preferred coating for used vehicles. Rust Check offers superior protection for used vehicles with rust found at its earliest stages. Oil-Based coatings absorb into metal and, rusted metal, creating a seamless barrier between the metal and its environment cutting off the moisture and oxygen rust needs to grow. Additionally, this barrier has highly effective corrosion inhibitors and creeping agents. The corrosion inhibitors adsorb and bond to the metal surfaces and this microscopic layer acts like a series of tiny umbrellas, shielding the surfaces from water molecules essentially stopping rust growth in its tracks. Because it is an oil and can be worn/washed away over time, two different viscosities are often used. The first is usually very thin, with the consistency of WD-40, and is used in all internal panels. The second is more of a grease-like substance. This makes it thicker and harder to remove with soap and high-pressure water from a carwash. It is used on the underbody or chassis of the car. Because oil can be removed over time, this type of rustproofing usually requires an annual reapplication.

MPC RUST CONVERSION AND RUST CHECK

As part of the above process MPC Rust Converter rust causing contaminants and loose rust are removed before MPC Rust Converter is Applied to any rusted surfaces, including those inside a vehicle’s body panels. The rust converter’s active ingredients (like phosphoric acid and/or tannic acid) chemically react with the iron oxide, forming a new compound, which appears as a black layer. This layer is, to a lesser extent, still susceptible to further oxidation. That is why our process involves a secondary top coat of Rust Check for additional protection from rust and corrosion.

VALUGARD is a Wax/Paraffin-Based Rustproofing that is hard pliable and self-healing coating that seals metal panels from the elements while repelling water away from the coating and metal surface. It also provides superior adhesion. Valugard is applied in two different ways depending on where its applied. The vehicle’s interior panels are sprayed with its Cavity Wax atomizing Paraffin formula that creates a fog inside the panel, creating a continuous coating that hardens as a uniform pliable self-healing protective barrier. The exterior or underbody of the vehicle is sprayed with Valugard’s military grade undercoating which has a dense, thicker pliable self-healing paraffin that, when dry, allows it to withstand abuse from road debris.
