That's why we back our spray-on bedliners with a comprehensive nationwide lifetime guaranty (the “Nationwide Lifetime Warranty” or the “Warranty”), giving you absolute confidence in your purchase for as long as you own your vehicle.
What's Covered:
- - Cracking
- - Flaking
- - Blistering
- - Peeling
- - Delamination
Who's Covered:
This Warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the Legacy Protective Coatings spray-on bedliner and is applicable only to pickup trucks (1) equipped with original factory truck beds and original factory paint, and (2) which used solely for personal, noncommercial use. This Warranty is not transferable. To be eligible, you will need to register your warranty within 30 days of your purchase.
Warranty Duration:
This Warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the vehicle on which the Legacy Protective Coating was applied. It only pertains to the original purchase customer.
What's Not Covered:
- - External Forces: Accidents, collisions, vandalism, fire, natural disasters, or other events outside of normal use.
- - Improper Use: Misuse, abuse, overloading or exceeding the truck's payload capacity or using the truck for commercial purposes.
- - Chemical Damage: Exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents not typically encountered in normal truck bed use.
- - Modifications: Alterations or modifications to the bedliner or vehicle after the initial installation.
- - Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and fading due to exposure to the elements.
Making a Claim:
If you believe your Legacy Protective Coatings bedliner has a defect covered by this Warranty, contact the authorized Legacy Protective Coatings dealer which installed your bedliner. Bring your original purchase receipt to the authorized Legacy Protective Coatings dealer which installed your bedliner and they will inspect the bedliner and determine if the defect is covered. Please remember that you will need to register your warranty within 30 days of your purchase in order to be eligible. If your warranty is not registered or if it was registered late (after the 30th day following your purchase), Legacy Protective Coatings is not required to honor this Warranty.
Remedy:
If your claim is covered under this Warranty, Legacy Protective Coatings will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the bedliner free of charge.
Limitations:
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY LEGACY PROTECTIVE COATINGS FOR ITS SPRAY-ON BEDLINERS. IT APPLIES ONLY TO TRUCK BEDS WITH ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER (OEM) PARTS AND PAINT. IF A TRUCK HAS BEEN ALTERED OR REPAINTED, THIS WARRANTY IS VOID.
LEGACY PROTECTIVE COATINGS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LEGACY PROTECTIVE COATINGS AND YOUR AUTHORIZED LEGACY PROTECTIVE COATINGS DEALER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE BEDLINERS ONLY. LEGACY PROTECTIVE COATINGS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCREMENTAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ITS SPRAY-ON BEDLINERS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COSTS FOR THE LOSS OF USE OF YOUR VEHICLE. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS UNDER FEDERAL OR APPLICABLE STATE LAWS THAT MAY NOT BE WAIVED OR DISCLAIMED.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE AND IS MADE SOLELY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE LEGACY PROTECTIVE COATING BEDLINER.
