MPC Bedliner Repair & Restoration

Protecting and Restoring Truck Beds for Over 25 Years
Bring Your Truck Bed Back to Life — Stronger Than the Day It Was New

A spray-on bedliner is one of the smartest investments you can make to protect your truck bed from scratches, dents, rust, and daily abuse. But even the toughest liners can take a beating. Heavy hauling, dropped tools, UV rays, or sharp impacts can leave your liner chipped, peeling, or faded.

That’s where Millennium Linings (MPC) comes in. We specialize in professional bedliner repairs for body shops, vehicle restoration companies, insurance companies, and consumers — and we’re the most recommended repair center in Indianapolis for insurance-approved liner restoration after body panel or tailgate replacement.

We also repair all brands of vehicle body armor including rockers, door sills, bumpers, running boards, grill guards, caps, and more.

We restore to factory-new condition — meeting all insurance company requirements — often without a complete tear-out or full respray.

Common Bedliner Issues We Repair

  • Gouges & Deep Scratches – From sharp cargo, forklifts, or heavy equipment.
  • Peeling or Bubbling – Often from impact damage, poor prep, or factory OE liners sprayed too thin.
  • Fading & UV Damage – Lower-quality liners can chalk, discolor, or lose their finish.
  • Rust Under the Liner – When coating failure exposes bare metal to moisture.

Our Proven Repair Process

1. Inspection & Damage Assessment
We check the entire bed for hidden weak spots, delamination, and rust under the coating.

2. Surface Prep
We remove damaged or loose liner using state-of-the-art bedliner removal equipment that strips coatings without damaging the bed metal.
When needed, we follow with industrial surface sandblasting or precision laser rust removal to completely eliminate corrosion.

3. Corrosion Protection Priming (Exclusive to MPC)
After full removal, we apply iron oxide primer to steel beds and marine-grade primer to aluminum beds — locking out moisture and dramatically reducing future rust or corrosion.

4. Precision Repair Application
We spray high-performance polyurea/polyurethane coating that’s dyed through and through — not just top-coated like many competitors. Scratches won’t reveal a different base color, and your bedliner will look fresh for years.

5. Optional UV-Protective Topcoat
Adds extra gloss and fade resistance, but your liner’s color is already built into the material for long-term durability.

Repair vs. Replace: How to Decide

  • Repair → Damage is limited to a few areas and the rest of the liner is structurally sound.
  • Replace → More than 30–40% of the coating is peeling or rust damage is widespread.
